All vector files must be uploaded as a pair of EPS file and JPG thumbnail. This applies to all microstock agencies! Otherwise, a file will have "???" status. To solve this issue just upload a JPG thumbnail with the same name as EPS file (or EPS file with the same name as a thumbnail). A pair should join together automatically.

Векторные файлы должны загружаться на сервис парой с одинаковыми именами: файл в EPS и превью в JPG. В противном случае файл получает статус «Отсутствует необходимый файл». Для решения проблемы просто загрузите превью с тем же именем (или сам файл, если вы загрузили только превью) — и оно автоматически прикрепится к соответствующему файлу (или превью). Однако выполнить это действие необходимо в течение суток. В противном случай просто загрузите файл в М+ заново, но уже вместе с превью.
