In M+, files are automatically submitted to agencies right after a successful upload. When your metadata is correct and our servers handle the upload reliably, there's no reason to delay submission.
If a submit is blocked (e.g., due to running out of submissions or the file not yet appearing on the agency side), M+ will keep retrying. Once the issue is resolved, the submission will proceed within one hour after the last failed attempt.
Upon completion, files will show the "Submitted" status. Depending on the agency's response, this will later update to either "Accepted" or "Rejected" (for agencies that support this feature).
